A great start to a positive relationship!
Dear Tom,
I would like to thank you for your time last night. Joe Lynch did a fantastic job in finalizing the purchase of my new 2012 Hyundai Elantra. He took the time to review all documents carefully, recommended the extended warranty to get protection for 10 years or 100,000 miles (which we purchased) and he also took the time to explain all of the technology features of the car (even setting up my iPhone through Bluetooth).
Even if he didn’t have the easiest task given the situation, he did a great job in rebuilding our trust, which allowed us to start a new, positive relationship with your company. I can't speak for everyone that is there, but Dennis W. was great. He was in no way pushy or irritating like all the other sales people I have dealt with. I have purchased 9 vehicles and I disliked each person I dealt with when I purchased the vehicle and all the ones when I shopped around. But this guy was just enjoyable to deal with. We purchased a 2012 Tuscon from him and liked him and the Tuscon so much we went back 4 days later and purchased a 2013 Elantra. We love both vehicles and I just received an email with the pictures he took of us and made sure we were still enjoying our cars. I wrote a GLOWING review on the Elantra also. There was some "typical" salesmanship there, which is to be expected. But there were no obvious BS lines or laid on thick. If you are in the market for a car, look at a Hyundai. Best Service I have ever gotten.
Best Service I have ever gotten. I have went to other dealers in the past and had bad experiences,so I gave Southern States Hyundai a try. I made a appointment online and with in a few minutes someone from the dealership called me. I went in to get my car serviced and they had me in and out. They were so nice and helpful.While I was in the dealership waiting for my car to be done I was talking to another customer. She told me that she always brings her car into Southern States and that they have always been happy to help her. The staff is friendly and helpful. I found that the price of a so called Quick Lube place wasn't as I thought CHEAPER.. This is where I will be getting all my future services done.Thanks Southern States for being such a honest service department, Customer for life!

Honest Help In Working Out a Great Deal!

Thanks for all your help in leasing my 2012 Elantra. I have leased ten other vehicles and purchased an additional seven others and this was the easiest most pleasant experience. From start to finish, you were knowledgeable and polite. There were no high pressure sales techniques or gimmicks; just honest help in working out a great deal. Incidentally, Hyundai has earned a new fan. I knew about their amazing warranties, but what I did not know was the quality engineered into their 2012 lineup. Of all the vehicles I’ve owned in my sixty-two years, from Triumph, GMC, Jeep, Toyota, as well as various Ford, Chevy and Chrysler products, I can honestly say that the 2012 Elantra compares favorably in mostly all categories. It is both economical, capable and fun to drive. Thanks again Denis. You, together with Hyundai Motors, have my sincere appreciation.

help, compassion and hard work in helping me get my new 2013 Hyundai
Elantra. From the moment you saw me in the car lot, you were very
attentive to my wants and my needs in helping me pick
out the perfect car, and worked tirelessly until I had it the next day.
It is not often that people have the opportunity to work with a
salesman who not only wants to sell, but also wants the customer to be
safe, secure and happy with their purchase. My daughter
and I have been thrilled with the new car, in fact as I mentioned, once
